Through years of experience in tax preparation, financial education, and business development, she has witnessed firsthand the challenges many minority women and women over fifty face when seeking financial stability, entrepreneurship opportunities, and access to resources.
Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Thomalyn founded Echelon Foundation to provide education, mentorship, and support that empower women to build wealth, launch businesses, strengthen their financial futures, and create lasting legacies. Her mission is to inspire women to overcome barriers, pursue their goals with confidence, and realize their full potential through knowledge, opportunity, and community support.
